Electronic Signature Agreement

CONSENT TO USE OF ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES, COMMUNICATIONS, AND STATEMENTS

In order to apply for a loan through Maior AI Inc. (“Maior,” “we,” “us,” “our,” or the “Company”), you must consent to the use of electronic signatures and electronic records for all transactions with us and MRV Banks, a Missouri-chartered state bank (“Bank”), and for all agreements, disclosures, notices, and other Communications (as defined below) relating to those transactions (the “Electronic Consent”). Once you have given your consent, we and the Bank may deliver or make any of the Communications available to you by posting them on the internet, within the Platform App, or by sending you an email at the email you provide to us. You are responsible to ensure we have accurate information needed to contact you electronically.


You agree and consent, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to use electronic signatures for all records, notices, statements, communications, and other items for all services provided to you under the Terms of Use (“Terms”) and in connection with your relationship with Maior AI Inc. and the Bank (collectively, “Communications”) that we may otherwise be required to provide you on paper (e.g., by mail).

You agree and consentto receive electronically all communications, agreements, documents, notices and disclosures that we, our affiliates and subsidiaries or our agents, successors, and assigns, or service providers provide to you on our own behalf or on behalf of any companies we have partnered with (each, a “Partner”) in connection with any inquiry, offer, and/or any other products or services you receive from Maior, www.maiorai.com, or any of its subdomains (the “Website”), and the servicing of any product or service you receive from a Partner or the Bank.

Your consent gives permission to communicate with you electronically in regard to any activity on, including the products and services accessed through, the Website and is not specific to any inquiry, product, service or transaction. Communications include, as applicable:

  • Any information provided to you about your inquiry or offers, including your interest rate, fees, any adverse action we, the Bank, or a Partner may take, and any final terms of your account;
  • Any information provided to you about any product, service, or transaction you receive;
  • Any terms and conditions and policies you agree to, including updates to these agreements or policies, and other authorizations you provide;
  • Any documents or disclosures we, the Bank, or a Partner provide to you; and,
  • Any other information relating to your relationship with Maior, the Bank, or a Partner.

You confirm that you have access to the necessary equipment and software to receive and save/print our Communications to you. In order to access and retain electronic Communications, you will need: a computer with an internet connection; a current web browser that includes at least 128-bit encryption and with cookies enabled (e.g. Microsoft Edge version 9.0 and above, Firefox version 87.0 and above, Chrome version 89.0 and above, or Safari 13.0 and above); a valid email address; and sufficient storage space to save past Communications or an installed printer to print them.

You have the right to and may withdraw your consent to receive Communications electronically by emailing us; by calling us during our operating hours; or by writing to us via regular mail. If you withdraw your consent prior to completing your application, you will not be able to complete the application process and therefore will not be issued an account. If you withdraw your consent to receive Communications electronically, we reserve the right to charge you additional fees for paper copies - up to $10 per copy. Paper copies can be requested by contacting us at help@maior.ai.

You acknowledge that we may amend this agreement at any time by posting a revised version on our website. If we make a material change to this agreement we will also send a notice to your registered email address.

We will provide these Communications to you by posting them on the Website after you log-in, and/or by emailing them to you at your registered email address. It is your responsibility to keep your registered email address up to date so that we can communicate with you electronically.
